Be aware that lawyers and accountants may try to persuade you to incorporate through them. Typically your costs for doing so would be over $400, versus our $195. We suggest you ask what the fee is for 15 minutes of time and go ask the questions you need to incorporate and then return here to form your corporation online – quickly and cost-effectively.
