With our incorporation service you can be sure your corporation is getting formed as fast as possible without having to pay rush service.

Our normal turnaround time is same business day service. We can review and submit your application to the state of Oregon on the same or next business day without charging you a RUSH fee as nearly all our competitors do. The State of Oregon will mail your documents through the mail to you – and we have no control over how long that will take. The effective date of your corporation will be determined by when the State officially receives your form. Usually this is the same day we submit it to them via our electronic account. They say it takes 1-2 business days.
